No. We think with that tip we receive good service. I would hope we wouldn't have to give that gratuity (or that much) if the service was bad.

I think it sucks! They know they are gonna get a tip so they slack! Thats why we like ruby tues that dont included one however they make it a point to tell you this too!

how about some resturaunts that put the tip in the bill, without your knowlege? It happened to me once, I was so mad I could have thrown a big fit, but I held myself together and walked out, to never return again. I think the waiter/waitress should work for their tip, I went to Pizza hut once, my DDs pizza was burned, they brught me something I didn't order, and when I told the waitress she sighed, like she just didn't want to fix my order for me, so at the end I left her a 10cent tip. and the only reason she got that was because it was my change from my bill.
